Juki LK-1903CST311/BR35SDK Industrial Computer-Controlled High-Speed Lockstitch Button Sewing System Complete Unit with Table and Stand

This is a computer-controlled lockstitch button sewing system designed for efficient, repeatable production work on small buttons and medium-weight materials. Its automatic feeder helps streamline button handling, while the compact, software-driven workstation design provides an easy-to-manage setup. Built for high-volume operations, it helps maintain consistent results across changing sewing conditions. The machine is well suited for shops that need dependable button attachment with a professional finish and reduced setup time.

MACHINE FEATURES:

  • Integrated Control Box and LCD Panel for Compact Digital Setup: The control box is built into the head and paired with a standard upright LCD panel mounted on the side, giving operators direct access to settings without looking away from the sewing area. The system comes with
  • USB Port for Easy Data Management: The standard LCD panel comes with a
  • Optional NFC Terminal for Wireless Setup Sharing: With the
  • Active Electronic Thread Tension for Consistent Finish: An active tension mechanism sets needle-thread tension on the panel to match different sewing conditions (thread, material, speed), stores those values in memory and reproduces them automatically. Tension can be defined separately for the start, middle and end of the seam, helping keep button appearance uniform.
  • Needle Thread Grasping for Clean Start Knots: A needle thread grasping mechanism holds the thread at the beginning of sewing to form consistent knots at the start of each button. This supports neat, repeatable seam appearance from the very first stitches.
  • Stepping-Motor Auto-Lifter for Faster Positioning: A standard stepping-motor auto-lifter raises and lowers the work clamp in one or two steps, with an intermediate stop height programmable on the panel. Clamp lift can be set up to
  • Adjustable Sewing Start Point for Accurate Button Positioning: The sewing start point can be moved in the X and Y directions from the operation panel, so the first needle drop is aligned exactly where it is needed. This lets you fine-tune button position electronically instead of modifying the clamp or jig.
  • Dry-Head Design for Reduced Oil Staining: The needle-bar and thread take-up area run without frame lubrication, so there is no oil circulating around the fabric side of the head. Only a small, controlled amount of clean oil is fed from the internal tank to the hook, which greatly lowers the risk of lubricant marks on finished garments.
  • Direct-Drive Head for Lower Noise and Vibration: The head is driven directly by a compact AC servomotor with no drive belt, which reduces vibration and operating noise. This makes the workstation more comfortable to use and helps operators maintain control during long button-sewing runs.
  • Adjustable LED Hand Light for Lower Eye Fatigue: The built-in LED hand light offers two colors (white and warm tone), five brightness levels and 10-step dimming. This lets operators tune the lighting to fabric and workstation conditions, helping reduce eye strain during long shifts.
  • 2,700 Stitches per Minute for Shorter Cycles: The head sews at up to
  • BR35 Automatic Button Feeder: Supplied as part of this configuration, the BR35 unit uses a horizontal forced-feed mechanism to position each small button (≈10–15 mm) automatically, so operators only set the fabric and press the pedal. A separate control panel manages feeder operation and has an alarm lamp that activates if a problem is detected. Three feed modes are available:Automatic Supply Mode– The machine and button feeder work as one. The operator presses the pedal, the button is sewn, the thread is trimmed, and the feeder automatically positions the next button. The cycle repeats continuously, keeping the operation in a smooth, automatic rhythm.Mode for Individual– Feeder is disabled and the head operates as a standard button-sewing machine for manual or special jobs.Mode for Small Lots– Similar to automatic mode, but optimized for smaller quantities by discharging the required number of buttons from the index and sewing them automatically.
  • Higher Output per Station: Computer-controlled sewing at up to
  • Consistent Quality Across Operators and Styles: Active tension, the needle thread grasping mechanism, adjustable sewing start point, and the BR35’s forced button feed for small flat buttons work together to keep button location, knot formation and stitch appearance stable, even when styles or operators change.
  • Faster Style Changeovers and Easier Standardization: The integrated memory stores
  • Lower Operator Fatigue and Smoother Shifts: The auto-lifter handles clamp movement in one or two steps, the button feeder removes manual button setting, the direct-drive AC servomotor cuts noise and vibration, and the LED hand light offers two colors and multiple brightness levels. Together these features reduce repetitive handling and strain, making long runs more sustainable for the team.
  • Less Rework and Disruption from Staining or Feeder Issues: Dry-head design with minute-quantity hook lubrication lowers the risk of oil marks on garments, while the button feeder's dedicated control panel and alarm lamp flag feeder problems immediately. Issues are easier to catch and fix early, which helps avoid quality complaints and unscheduled downtime.
  • Integrated Control Box and LCD Operation Panel: The control box is built into the head and paired with an upright LCD panel on the side, so operators adjust settings without leaving the sewing area. The system includes 50 standard patterns and memory for up to 999 patterns / 500,000 stitches, while keeping the tabletop clear.
  • USB Port for Fast Pattern and Data Handling: The standard LCD panel has a USB port that lets technicians back up and transfer sewing data and perform software updates directly at the machine, simplifying pattern management across multiple heads.
  • Optional NFC Terminal for Quick Wireless Setup Sharing: With the optional NFC terminal installed, sewing data can be exchanged wirelessly with a compatible Android device via JUKI’s app. This optional feature enables quick, contactless copying of pre-set programs between machines.
  • Active Electronic Thread Tension: An active tension mechanism sets needle-thread tension on the panel to match thread, material and speed, stores those values and reproduces them automatically. Tension can be defined separately for the start, middle and end of the seam to keep button appearance uniform.
  • Needle Thread Grasping for Secure Start Knots: A needle thread grasping mechanism holds the thread at the beginning of sewing to form consistent knots at the start of each button, supporting neat, repeatable seam appearance from the very first stitches.
  • Stepping-Motor Auto-Lifter for Easier Handling: A standard stepping-motor auto-lifter raises and lowers the work clamp in one or two steps, with an intermediate stop height set from the panel. Clamp lift can be adjusted up to
  • Adjustable Sewing Start Point for Precise Button Placement: The sewing start point can be moved in the X and Y directions from the operation panel so the first needle drop lands exactly where required. This allows fine-tuning of button position electronically instead of modifying the clamp or jig.
  • Dry-Head Design for Lower Risk of Oil Stains: The needle-bar and thread take-up area run without frame lubrication, so no oil circulates on the fabric side of the head. Only a small, controlled amount of oil is fed from the internal tank to the hook, greatly reducing the risk of lubricant marks on finished garments.
  • Direct-Drive Head for Quieter, More Stable Operation: A compact AC servomotor drives the head directly with no belt, reducing vibration and operating noise. This makes the workstation more comfortable and helps operators maintain control during long button-sewing runs.
  • Adjustable LED Hand Light for Better Visibility and Less Eye Strain: The built-in LED hand light offers two color tones (white and warm), five brightness levels and 10-step dimming. Operators can tune lighting to fabric and workstation conditions to reduce eye strain over long shifts.
  • High-Speed Sewing up to 2,700 stitches/minute for Shorter Cycles: The head sews at up to
  • BR35 Automatic Button Feeder with Flexible Feed Modes: The BR35 unit uses a horizontal forced-feed mechanism to position each small button automatically, so operators only set the fabric and press the pedal. A dedicated control panel with alarm lamp manages feeder operation and offers three modes:

  • Only applies under normal sewing conditions as prescribed for the machine

  • Consumable items are not covered (needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, springs, oil, and belts)

  • This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines

  • This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature

If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.

If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.

If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
