Juki PS-910HB-13090ZKZ Industrial Computer-Controlled Pattern Seamer Complete Unit

This industrial pattern seamer is designed for precise, repeatable sewing on heavy fabrics and other demanding materials. Its machine-head rotation system keeps the sewing direction properly aligned through curves, corners, arcs, and continuous circular paths, helping maintain uniform seam quality on complex patterns. The large sewing field (1,300x900 mm sewing area) makes it well suited for larger template-based production, while RFID-based pattern handling supports efficient digital workflow and fast pattern identification. It is a strong choice for manufacturers that need accurate automation and consistent results in advanced industrial sewing applications.

MACHINE FEATURES:

  • JUKI PS-910HB-13090ZKZ: Please note: the machine configuration offered on this page does not include the optional laser cutter. The video shown is for general reference only.
  • head–hook–feed rotation: Please note: the machine configuration offered on this page does not include the optional laser cutter. The video shown is for general reference only.
  • 3,000 stitches per minute: Please note: the machine configuration offered on this page does not include the optional laser cutter. The video shown is for general reference only.
  • 1,300×900 mm field: Please note: the machine configuration offered on this page does not include the optional laser cutter. The video shown is for general reference only.
  • RFID-based wireless pattern handling: Please note: the machine configuration offered on this page does not include the optional laser cutter. The video shown is for general reference only.
  • Machine-Head Rotation for Directionally Accurate Stitching: The sewing head, hook, and feed system rotate in sync with the stitching direction, so the needle always enters the material in the correct orientation. This preserves seam quality on curves, corners, arcs, and continuous 360° paths even at max speed of
  • Advanced Operation Panel & 999-Pattern Memory: The operation panel supports DXF, AI, PLT, and DST — formats already widespread in apparel and technical-textile production — so the machine can run customer patterns right away. Its high-capacity memory storesup to 999 patterns, and the included editing software simplifies on-site pattern adjustments.
  • RFID Pattern Identification for Quick Start-Up: Wireless, non-contact RFID technology (radio-frequency identification) reads the sewing data encoded on IC chips using radio waves. After the pattern is detected, the machine automatically loads the corresponding sewing program, streamlining setup and reducing operator steps.
  • Active Thread Tension for Balanced Stitch Formation: Active tension technology enables precise, stitch-by-stitch adjustments to the needle-thread tension. This lets operators match tension to fabric thickness and apply directional corrections directly from the panel, resulting in more stable, predictable stitch formation.
  • Programmable Intermediate Presser for Layer Control: The intermediate presser’s lower-dead-point height can be set per pattern, allowing it to respond smoothly to changes in material thickness. By keeping layers firmly controlled, it minimizes stitch skipping and thread breakage while maintaining crisp, precise pattern edges.
  • Full-Rotary Double-Capacity Hook for Long Cycles: The high-capacity hook extends the time between bobbin changes and maintains smooth thread delivery during long continuous patterns. This is especially valuable when sewing perimeter reinforcements or large-format templates that cannot be interrupted mid-cycle.

  • Wide 1,300×900 mm Sewing Area: Supports wide workpieces and long pattern paths within a single programmed run, reducing repositioning steps and minimizing alignment errors.
  • Rotation-Based Stitch Control for Curves and Angles: The head, hook, and feed rotate with the sewing direction, keeping the needle properly oriented for curves, corners, arcs, and 360° paths — even at up to
  • Operation Panel with Large Pattern Capacity: Accepts standard DXF, AI, PLT, and DST formats so existing pattern data can be used immediately. Onboard storage for up to
  • RFID Reader for Sewing Programs: RFID technology reads sewing data stored on IC chips through radio waves, automatically calling up the correct program. This reduces manual steps and speeds up changeovers.
  • Stitch-by-Stitch Active Thread Tensioning: The active tension system adjusts needle-thread tension stitch by stitch, allowing fine corrections for fabric thickness and sewing direction right from the panel.
  • Presettable Intermediate Presser Height: The intermediate presser’s lower-dead-point height can be set per pattern, improving control on layered or thicker sections and reducing stitch skipping and thread breakage.
  • Double-Capacity Hook for Longer Sewing Cycles: The enlarged bobbin capacity reduces the frequency of bobbin changes and supports smooth thread delivery throughout long continuous patterns.

Machine Warranty Protection

Besides any applicable warranties provided by the Original Manufacturer, Jacksew offers a standalone 90-day limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.

  • This warranty covers all the machine parts and labor but any shipping costs must be covered by the customer

  • Only applies under normal sewing conditions as prescribed for the machine

  • Consumable items are not covered (needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, springs, oil, and belts)

  • This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines

  • This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature

If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.

If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.

If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
