Juki PLC-2710SB Single Needle Post Bed Unison Feed Lockstitch Industrial Sewing Machine Complete Unit with Table and Servo Motor

This post-bed unison-feed lockstitch machine is built for heavy-duty sewing where steady control and seam quality matter most. Its tall post and long arm make it well suited for bulky, shaped work such as upholstery, automotive interiors, and leather goods, while the synchronized feeding action helps manage multiple layers smoothly. The large-hook design supports heavier thread and more consistent loop formation, and the pneumatic auto-lifter adds convenience during production sewing. It is a strong choice for shops that need dependable handling on demanding materials and topstitching applications.

MACHINE FEATURES:

  • Pneumatic Auto-Lifter, Auto 20 mm Lift: Press a pedal and the presser foot jumps to
  • 12 mm Max Stitch Length at 2,500 sti/min: Make bold topstitches or long structural seams at production speed in forward or reverse without losing pitch consistency.
  • Unison Feed with Dial-Set 1–9 mm Alternating Lift: The walking foot and presser foot rise and walk in sync. Set the
  • Vertical-Axis Large Hook (2.0-Fold Capacity): The latch-type large hook holds more bobbin thread and stabilizes loop formation with heavier thread, so you stop less often and get cleaner knots.
  • Valve-Controlled Hook Lubrication: A tank-style oil supply with a
  • Double Tension for Heavy Thread: Dual tension assemblies make it easier to run low-count (thicker) thread at higher tension without instability, improving top appearance on heavy goods.
  • Pneumatic Auto-Lifter, 20 mm Auto Lift: Tap the pedal and the foot lifts to
  • Up to 12 mm Stitches at 2,500 sti/min: Produce bold topstitches and long structural seams at speed, forward or reverse, with consistent pitch.
  • Unison Feed with 1–9 mm Dial Lift: Set the top dial; walking and presser feet rise together to hold pitch through thickness changes and reduce bite marks.
  • Vertical-Axis Large Hook (2.0-Fold Capacity): Larger bobbin and stable loop formation on heavy thread mean fewer stops and cleaner knots.
  • On-Head Feed Tuning: Adjust upper/lower feed ratio, eccentric feed cam, and bottom-feed micro-adjust to prevent slippage and keep corners true.
  • Valve-Controlled Hook Oiling: Tank supply with a check valve feeds oil even at low speed, preventing backflow and keeping stitches smooth.

Machine Warranty Protection

Besides any applicable warranties provided by the Original Manufacturer, Jacksew offers a standalone 90-day limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.

  • This warranty covers all the machine parts and labor but any shipping costs must be covered by the customer

  • Only applies under normal sewing conditions as prescribed for the machine

  • Consumable items are not covered (needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, springs, oil, and belts)

  • This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines

  • This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature

If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.

If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.

If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
